WP 4.1 - Information system standardisation

WP4.1 will provide a computational platform that will allow all consortium members to integrate access and analyse the experimental data. Additional software developed according to the specifications of the consortium members in Bioinformatics (WP3.1) will be integrated into the platform. Another component of WP4.1 is the standardisation of modelling to ensure compatibility between the different models developed in Computational modelling (WP3.2).
