This section is aiming to provide general technical information to the scientific community. The files outline the standardisation procedures, the methodologies, the training programmes and the quality control  mechanisms developed by the BaSysBio consortium.

Updates concerning the Basysbio project:

• A report on developing new and/or improved recombination methods in B. Subtilis anthracis and S. aureaus
• Quantitative metabolomics methods for central metabolism
• Genome-scale metabolic model and interference methods based on pathway analysis
• Defined growth conditions for macrophage stress as applied to S. aureus and B. anthracis
