WP 2.2 - RNA and metabolite dynamics

WP2.2 will generate data on transcriptional and metabolic networks in B. subtilis including:

• An unbiased inventory of all the transcribed regions in the chromosome;

• Global determination of promoter activities in living cells;

• mRNA levels and RNAs half lives under selected conditions;

• Large-scale metabolome and fluxome analyses under selected conditions and in various mutants.
